Paradise Network is YTB Approved!
If you want to keep your YTB membership safe you should read the following information.
Why must I use ONLY a YTB Approved site?
In order to be in compliance with the IMR Terms and Conditions and the YTB Policies & Procedures, besides the websites provided by YTB directly, YTB Reps are only allowed to use a website that displays a YTB approval number. This approval number signifies that the marketing materials enclosed have been approved by YTB's Legal department for use by Reps. This rule is designed to protect the company as whole which protects your business as a Rep. Breaking this rule may result in suspension of your Rep Status. Currently, Paradise Network is the only marketing system, outside of YTB provided websites, that can be personalized by a Rep and is approved for use.

DISCIPLINARY PROCESS
a. Any violation of these Policies and Procedures, or the terms of the Rep or RTA Application and Agreement may lead to appropriate disciplinary action. Violations may lead to immediate termination or may involve any, or all, of the following steps:
- Informal warning: The Rep or RTA may be notified, verbally or in writing, that he/she is in violation of Policies or Agreements.
- Formal warning: A formal written warning may be sent to the offending person, affirming that a failure to discontinue the stated violation may result in further disciplinary action.
- Suspension: Suspension is the temporary withdrawal of a Rep’s and/or RTA’s
rights and privileges. A Rep and/or RTA Position may be suspended for a serious
violation(s), and a suspension may last for a period of days or months as deemed
appropriate by The Companies for the specific violation(s). A suspension may be
made for a period not to exceed 30 days in order to perform an investigation of
violation pending potential disciplinary actions. In the event of a suspension, a
letter will be sent to the Rep or RTA and considered a final warning. This notice
will list actions that must be taken by the Rep and/or RTAin order for his/her
position to be reinstated. These actions may include the following:
- The immediate cessation of all violations;
- The submission of a written statement to The Companies responding to the suspension;
- Such other actions, as may be necessary, to resolve the suspension.
- Failure to respond to a Suspension Letter may cause a Rep and/or RTA position to be terminated. A Rep or RTA may appeal a suspension in writing within the time specified in the Suspension Letter. Suspended Reps and RTAs are not eligible to receive compensation from The Companies or participate in any function or programs of The Companies. The Companies reserve the right to withhold compensation until the disciplinary process has been completed to the satisfaction of the home office of The Companies.
SUSPENSION
a. If a Rep or RTA is suspended for any reason, such suspension shall mean that the ReporRTA shall not have the right to represent himself/herself as a Rep or RTA and that any commissions, bonuses or residuals due will be forfeited, or held in abeyance pending resolution, in the sole discretion of The Companies.
